Having trouble viewing
the GSOConnect web site
The
Temporary files in Internet Explorer stores a list of all the sites you
have visited in a folder called your cache. This enables you to view previously
visited web pages faster. Sometimes however, this process can prevent
you from receiving the most current content of a web site, as you may
be viewing an older version of the site that has been stored in your cache.
If you are encountering problems viewing the GSOConnect web site, it may
be because your computer is drawing information from your cache, and so
is displaying old information rather than the current web site. Clearing
your Temporary Files will remove a list of all the sites you have visited
from your cache and ensure that the data you receive is current. If after
you have cleared your Temporary Internet files you are still unable to
view the GSOConnect web site, please contact your ISP. To clear your Temporary
Internet Files please follow the instructions below.
