Unable to access the Member Area of the GSOConnect web site
If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the Member Area of the GSOConnect site, or are receiving "Cookie" errors, it could be because you do not have your cookies enabled. The GSOConnect website requires that you enable cookies on your browser. Cookies are used to store temporary information which is used while you access the GSOConnect site. Select EDIT
from the top menu bar - a
drop down menu will appear.
Select PREFERENCES
Select ADVANCED
as the category from the left
hand menu bar.
Make sure that
ACCEPT ALL COOKIES
under the COOKIES
option on the right is
ticked.
Click on OK
to save changes .
